- Please inspect all items upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 30 days.
- All returned items must be in the original condition w/ packaging, literature, warranty, and registration intact. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for return.
- Email us to obtain your return authorization number. Include your RA# on the
shipping label only. Packages
without an RA# will be refused by our warehouse. Do not write on the box or
deface the product packaging.
- Return
shipping is at the customer's expense. For your protection, you may wish to insure the package when you ship it back to us.

Any items being returned that are over 30 days from the date received are subject to a store credit refund upon approval. All items being returned within 30 days, must have a Return Authorization number on the mailing label. Please email us for your Return Authorization number.
